Alice Fagrell

I have always been passionate about people getting involved in the gym. I started out thinking I couldn't do anything. I was someone who just took to the running track and ran my fair share of Gothenburg laps and miles. Then I found the love for strength training and what it did to me. Being able to lift heavy and feel strong was awesome. Being able to show others who thought you were weak that that wasn't the case became a driving force and I have both run the World Championships in OCR and competed at a low level in Crossfit and most recently the Masters Swedish Championship in weightlifting. Running is still close to my heart but I don't compete in it now. Because no challenge is too big and we can all always learn something new.

The body is awesome, and my passion is to show that world to others. In 2018, I unfortunately ended up in a bind and was put on sick leave for fatigue syndrome because I forgot to prioritize myself, did you get that? You who worked with health? Yes, because that's exactly what it is, you forgot yourself. So from all the years as a trainer and the experience of the rehab I had to go through, I work on changing people's mindsets and getting a better relationship with both diet and exercise.

That we should eat and should eat to get results and yes we have to rest to succeed with training. That we should prioritize ourselves and think more, no I'm not saying no to others but yes to myself.

So my services are built on my experience and knowledge from many years ago and I am working hard to bring in more people who can help you, see more in my team.
