Completed courses

In these courses you will find information and inspiration to make the lifestyle changes you are looking for. You have the opportunity to do them at your own pace and always have access to the material to be able to review it and make your journey at your own pace. You will also have access to a FB group where you can get even more inspiration.

Right now there is eat more healthily which is aimed at those of you who want to lose weight, or tighten up and maintain your weight. You have different diet plans for different kcal needs.

These do not include recipes, but you will receive the grams indicated before and after cooking and via the FB group you will receive recipes that you can be inspired by.

The courses are a one-time fee and are valid for as long as you want.
