With over 12 years of experience working with fitness and health, I have helped people, both individually and in groups, achieve their goals - whether it's building strength, improving fitness or simply feeling better in everyday life. My goal is not only to make you stronger in the gym, but to help you find the joy in training and create a lifestyle where you feel comfortable in your own body. Training is not just about lifting heavier weights or running faster, it's about building self-esteem, health and well-being that lasts in the long run

About Team Sprallice

We believe in keeping it simple to get results. We don't work with quick fixes, but want to teach you to think differently and move in a sustainable way that can be challenged over time. To work according to your conditions where you are now and work forward in a sustainable and accepting way. So everything from beginners to those more experienced in the gym or in nutrition, there is experience and education to help you move forward.

With my broad experience and personal commitment, I can tailor the training to your specific needs and circumstances, regardless of whether you are a beginner or experienced. Together we set goals that feel meaningful and realistic, and I promise to support you all the way - from the first step into the gym to you feeling stronger, more confident and proud of your own development.

Alice Fagrell

Trained trainer and nutritionist and have worked with people and health since 2008. My passion is to show people ways to move that they didn't think were possible, to teach them to understand more about nutrition. As I don't work with prohibitions but want to teach you to eat right according to your goals. To dare to give it time and to trust the process are my commandments along with a lot of knowledge.
